School Closing Policy

When the Medway Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather, the playgroup will be cancelled.  If Medway Public Schools delay their opening for any amount of time, playgroup will be cancelled since both our teachers have children in the Medway schools.  Lost days may be made up at the end of the year at the discretion of the Director only if circumstances permit  (availability of children, staff and the facility).

Sick Children

Please do not send your child to playgroup if  within the last 24 hours they have had a fever, have been vomiting, or have had diarrhea.  Children with severe cold symptoms (yellow/green discharge), or a communicable disease should not come to playgroup. Children with a mild cold who are eating, drinking, and playing normally may be sent to playgroup.

Toileting Policy

Only teachers will be changing children’s diapers and taking them to the toilet.  Children will have a diaper change as necessary unless specific instructions are given by the parent.  The children who are toilet trained will be taken to the bathroom with their class at a regularly scheduled time or as needed by the individual child.  Please let your child’s teachers know if there are any special routines that would aid in making this a more positive experience for your child.

Tuition Policy

Tuition for the year is $630, payable in nine monthly installments of $70, September through May.  The @25 registration fee does not apply toward the annual tuition.  Payments are due at the beginning of each month, and parents will receive a monthly tuition statement via their child's school bag.

Your first tuition payment should be made prior to the first day of class.  Checks can be mailed, given to the Director, or sent in the child's school bag.  A fee of $20 will be assessed against any check returned by the bank for insufficient funds.  Checks should be made payable to "Two by Two's Christian Playgroup" or "TTCP".
